PCI DSS means Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

This is a standard that requires any organization that collects, processes, transmits or stores cardholder data to meet and maintain data security standards set by the payment industry worldwide and managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
All merchants handling cardholder data must comply with this standard and the compliance programs of payment card networks. Those who fail to comply may be subject to fines, fees or dues and / or termination of their processing services.

The measures in this standard help you prevent the theft of confidential cardholder data by assessing the security of that data within your organization and, if necessary, improving your level of security to meet or exceed industry standards.

If you are one of our merchants and have received an email to complete the PCI test and are having difficulty completing the questionnaire, please send a request to PCI@NAXELLA.COM for assistance. It will be our pleasure to guide you through the process.
